Many people that suffer with anxiety disorders also suffer with depression.

Some statistics Ive heard are up to 50% of all people with anxiety disorders also deal with depression.

This is certainly the case for me – I dealt with severe depression for years.

My experiences have been that people who suffer both, will recover from both as they work on the anxiety recovery.

You see, anxiety by nature will force us to “respond” in some way – I call it an “active disorder”.  Where as depression does not prompt for “action” as much.  So working on the active disorder will have a huge effect on all your emotions.  You will see a huge difference in your depression as you start to feel empowered through creating recovery for anxiety.
