The weekend should be a time for “weekend action!”
Weekends can sometimes be more difficult for people who suffer from anxiety disorders.
The reason for this is primarily because there is no set schedule like there is during the work week. On the weekends we tend to have more downtime, free time for our minds to wander.
Try to keep to some kind of a schedule with “self-care” items. Practice your tools. The weekends are not an excuse to forget about your recovery or to stop caring for yourself.
