Many people think the weekend is a time to “relax”, which may take as an excuse to stop working on anxiety recovery.  However, I believe just the opposite.

When we have free time we have the opportunity to work on ourselves and our recovery even more.  This weekend turn up your efforts.  Try to implement the 6 Points.
