Empower yourself daily. Emotional drifting will reinforce anxiety and depression. It allows our emotions to run rampant. Take time daily to work on yourself.
A general misconception is that we can stop anxiety. Anxiety is ignited by a single thought. We cannot stop, prevent or control the thoughts we have.
